The luxury that comes synonymous with the name Four Seasons is coming to Fort Lauderdale. The latest joint project from Fort Partners and Merrimac Ventures, world renowned luxury real estate developers, will be the first project of its kind on the beach in Fort Lauderdale in eight years. This exclusive property will consist of 95 full time luxury residences and 150 hotel residences. The 23-story project is slated for 2018 completion and final residence numbers are still subject to change. The building will be located on a sprawling 1.8 acre piece of beachfront property located at 521 N. Fort Lauderdale Beach Blvd. Final floorplans for residences are still in development, but they are expected to range from 800 square feet to 6,000 square feet with one, two, or three bedroom options. The project includes a world-renowned design team for both the interior and exterior of the building.
British designer Tara Bernard will bring her signature mixture of texture and color to the interior of rooms and common areas. With input from world-renowned designer Martin Brudnizki and landscape designer Fernando Wong, the entire experience at The Four Season Fort Lauderdale will accentuate the natural beauty of Fort Lauderdale’s beach.
The complex will feature separate lobbies for hotel guests and permanent residents. However, amenities for residents will be parallel if not identical to the perks received staying at The Four Seasons as a hotel guest. Separate swimming pools and fitness areas will also help to keep down on the hotel crowd. Additional amenities will include a private beach club with towel and umbrella service, poolside cabanas with food and beverage service, spa, and a fitness center with state of the art equipment. The kids can enjoy games in the supervised children’s recreational room, and you can dance the night away or entertain guests in the professional ballroom. If you must do work while staying at The Four Seasons Fort Lauderdale, then conference rooms and meeting rooms are available.
Centrally located along the strip in Fort Lauderdale, The Four Seasons Fort Lauderdale will provide direct access to a wide range of dining and shopping options. If you don’t feel like leaving your own personal paradise, there will be several restaurants right on the premises. You will be in close proximity to both I-95 and A1A major thoroughfares to Miami and other popular destinations in Florida like Boca Raton and Hollywood. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to own an exclusive piece of Fort Lauderdale!
