W Pompano Beach Hotel and Residences introduces a new oceanfront standard along the pristine sands of Pompano Beach, combining branded luxury with direct beachfront living. Set to rise 24 stories on approximately 3.75 acres at 20 North Ocean Boulevard, the property offers 475 linear feet of beach frontage and sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean and Intracoastal Waterway. Developed by PRH-BH Pompano Beach Venture LLC, a joint venture between Related Group and BH Group with architecture by Nichols Architects, the project brings the globally recognized W brand to Pompano Beach in a full hotel and residences format. The development features 370 total units, encompassing a private residential collection of two to four bedroom homes ranging from approximately 2,400 to 3,400 square feet alongside penthouse residences with rooftop pools, as well as 296 fully furnished condo hotel suites starting from 580 square feet. Designed as a refined beachfront enclave, the project balances privacy, scale, and lifestyle amenities in a prime coastal setting.The residences are designed by Meyer Davis with a clean, contemporary aesthetic inspired by natural coastal tones and textures. Each home features private elevator entry, approximately 9.5 foot ceiling heights, and floor to ceiling windows that frame sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean and Intracoastal Waterway. Expansive private balconies extend up to approximately 8.5 feet deep, creating seamless indoor outdoor living. Kitchens are outfitted with Italian cabinetry, natural stone countertops, and a full Wolf and Sub Zero appliance package that includes gas cooktops, wine refrigeration, and integrated coffee systems. Primary bathrooms are custom designed by Meyer Davis and include soaking tubs and Kohler fixtures, while layouts also incorporate dens, powder rooms, walk-in pantries, laundry rooms, and high speed fiber optic connectivity to support full time coastal living.
