CasaMar is the newest oceanfront development planned for Pompano Beach, FL. Just south of Related Groups successful Solemar project, CasaMar will rise 21 stories. Designed by Arquitectonica the oceanfront condominium will have 119 units. Situated on 3.2 acres and 283′ of ocean frontage CasaMar will offer future residents two, three and four bedroom floor plans. Each unit will have direct unobstructed oceanfront views. Related Group has partnered with Rockwell Group to design the interior of the building. Sales are set to officially launch by the end of January 2022.Each floor will consist of six different units all with direct ocean views. The smallest units will have two bedroom plus dens ranging in size from 1,350 sq/ft to 1,700 sq/ft. The three bedroom plus den floor plans will be 2,500 sq/ft to 3,000 sq/ft. Four bedroom plus den condos will range from 3,300 sq/ft to 3,934 sq/ft.
