CasaMar is a completed oceanfront development in Pompano Beach, FL. Just south of Related Group's successful Solemar project, CasaMar rises 21 stories. Designed by Arquitectonica, the oceanfront condominium features 119 units. Situated on 3.2 acres and 283 feet of ocean frontage, CasaMar offers residents one, two, three, and four bedroom floor plans, as well as upper penthouse residences. Each unit features direct unobstructed oceanfront views. Related Group partnered with Rockwell Group to design the interior of the building. Sales officially launched in January 2022, and construction was completed in 2025. Standard residential floors consist of six different units, all with direct ocean views. Layouts range from 1,085 square feet for lower level one bedroom units up to 3,934 square feet for four bedroom plus den residences, with upper penthouse layouts reaching up to 4,000 square feet. Two bedroom plus den units range in size from 1,350 square feet to 1,700 square feet. The three bedroom plus den floor plans span 2,500 square feet to 3,000 square feet. Four bedroom plus den condos range from 3,300 square feet to 3,934 square feet. CasaMar also features select upper penthouse residences. Amenities at CasaMar include a state-of-the-art fitness studio, sunrise and sunset swimming pools, and a club room. The CasaMar rental policy permits leasing up to 3 times per year for a minimum of 4 months per lease term. Estimated maintenance fees start at approximately $1 per interior square foot.
