Ocean Terrace Residences is a landmark oceanfront development rising from five acres of lush tropical parkland in Miami Beach, delivering a rare blend of architecture, landscape, and lifestyle at an unprecedented scale. The 24 resort residences are offered fully furnished with custom RAMSA designed interiors that reference refined nautical cues through curated materials, furnishings, and detailing. Kitchens are conceived as finely crafted furniture pieces with sculptural marble islands, custom cabinetry, and select homes offering walk in butler pantries. Primary bathrooms are finished in honed and vein cut stone with freestanding tubs, ribbed glass enclosures, and bespoke vanities, reinforcing the residential scale and craftsmanship throughout.
