The Bentley Residences in Sunny Isles Beach is Dezer Development’s newest condo project. Construction is planned to commence 2023 with an estimated completion date of 2026.

Building Amenities

This 60 story tower will be a partnership between Bentley Motors and Dezer Development and will set the record for the tallest oceanfront condo building in the United States. Similar to it’s sister project Porsche Design Tower, the Bentley Residences will have an elevator dedicated to the owners’ high-end automobiles. Not only will each condo have car parking within the unit but they will also have private hot tubs on the terraces. There will be a total of 200 condos and prices are expected to range from $4M to $6M dollars.
